Stretch and De-Stress (Strengthen too!)
A combination of Yoga/Pilates and Penny's Personal Training Tips. Gently, therapeutically remove stress. Create flexibility and mobility in the joints. Build "core" strength while relaxing tight and tense muscles. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and stronger with every session.
Sign up for four (4) 45 minute sessions. Yoga socks are recommended but not required.
