A total body conditioning with moves that increase flexibility and enhance joint range of motion.
Therapeutic stretches for all muscle groups to help relieve or eliminate aches and pains. Good for
beginners, intermediate level or advanced on the ball. Different from what you may expect, there are
absolutely no crunches! Class structure includes proper use and safety as well as Personal Training

Measure It! Challenge

Exclusive to the Pasadena location. This full body measurement accountability will come along-side the February, 25 Day Challenge! Get measured by FitMamas compassionate professionals before and after your 25 Day Challenge! And see those extra inches disappear. On a Roll!
Strengthen & Relax

Cylindrical-shaped foam rollers, once used to pack shipping items have been remade and manufactured to be used by physical therapists and fitness professionals in the health and wellness community all over the world. This course uses the roller with Pilates movements as well as massage techniques for strengthening and relaxing. Challenge Core strength and balance while enhancing posture during the Palates moves. Then explore a massage medley as tight muscles and connective tissues soften and lengthen for that melt like butter feeling. No prior experience needed. Roll with me!

These High Intensity Interval Training sessions will give your metabolism a jolt! Learn simple yet intense and effective movements. Combine those with gentle cool down intervals. Forty five minute sessions include: Warm Up, Introduction of Movement, 12 minutes of Intense Cardio/Strength and an extended time of Relaxation Stretches. Change up your routine and see the results!

​(Assisted Stretching)

​During these one-on-one, 45 or 60 minute sessions, your Personal Trainer will provide hands on applications while cueing proper breathing technique to each isometric stretch. This assisted stretching combined with deep breathing will largely increase the stretch and its benefits. For better function in your daily life, to relieve aches and pains, to de-stress as well as to increase mobility for more productive workouts, schedule your session today! Stay On the Ball!

Intermediate-Advanced sessions using an Exercise Ball to address all primary muscles, releasing tension and stress as well as increasing range of motion and flexibility. Other benefits include Core strength, balance and posture. Learn to use the moves you know (from On the Ball!) with maximum results. With added focus on continual movement, correct repetition, extended hold patterns (isometric) and proper breathing technique for the added stretch and De-Stress you enjoy. Prerequisite; On the Ball! Course Certification or Beginner’s Prep Class. Also learn and apply new strength training techniques with the ball to achieve a full body work-out.

Mindful Eating

Are you beating yourself up over food? Do you "yo-yo" diet? Are you "in control" and "out of control" with eating? Is belly bloat, discomfort and anxiety a continual theme for you? Fold in gently with strength training, flexibility training, injury repair and more. Not a beginner? Maybe you just want some extra support and individual attention to insure your workout is safe with correct form and technique. This class is all about you! Whatever your needs are we will tackle each one setting you up for success! Also serves as a prerequisite for entering more advanced classes.
