Try this sampling of Cardio Strength Blast! in the comfort of your home. For more Cardio Strength Blast! with different Pattern Progressions, Power Moves, and Personal Training attention join me for upcoming sessions in Pasadena and Linthicum.
​Instructions/Pattern Progression to get the most out of the video workout session.
  • After 3 minute warm up for Set 1, do all 3 Power Moves 30 seconds each (followed by 10 second rests). Repeat 4 more sets adjusting the time on the Power Moves as follows:
  • Set 1 = 30 seconds (Please note: On the video the moves are not done for the full length of time.) 
  • Set 2 = 20 seconds
  • Set 3 = 10 seconds
  • Set 4 = 20 seconds
  • Set 5 = 30 seconds
